Victoza® Savings Card Program
With the Victoza® Savings Card, eligible patients can pay as little as $25 for each Victoza® prescription for up to 24 months (maximum savings up to $100 per fill).a After 24 months, you can call 1-877-304-6855, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to find out if you're eligible for another Victoza® Savings Card.

If you have received your Victoza® prescription and Savings Card from your doctor, simply activate the card here before you visit the pharmacy to fill your prescription.

Additional Victoza® assistance
As part of our continued commitment to those living with diabetes, our Patient Assistance Program (PAP) provides free medicine to those who qualify. Patients and caregivers in need of assistance with Victoza® can learn more by calling the Novo Nordisk PAP toll-free at 1-866-310-7549.
When you get the Victoza® Savings Card, you’ll also be automatically enrolled in our Victoza® support program. As a member of the program, you’ll receive:
- Information about Victoza® and tips on how to get off to a good start with the Victoza® pen
- Tools to track your progress as you start to make healthy lifestyle changes
- Support along the way, including tips, reminders, and motivation
- The one-on-one support of a Diabetes Health Coach at no cost to you
